BAIR is an employer facing organisation that works from specific, exclusive mandates on a contingency fee basis.

Currently we operate as a recruiter and executive search consultancy in the fields of financial services, risk management and insurance, audit,risk and compliance, communications and technology, engineering and support functions across the spectrum e.g finance, HR etc.

We will accept mandates in South Africa as well as sub-Saharan Africa, UK and the UAE.

We do not solicit or collect candidate CVs via generic job advertisements. We believe that you are perfectly capable of handling your own general recruitment requirements using your own internal resources and networks. We are here to help you find and recruit those elusive executive, specialist and scarce skills.

If required, we can also help you fill independent non-executive board positions.
